Shrimp Dumplings Recipes

Ingredients :

300g shelled shrimps

1 tbsp lard, finely chopped

1/2 cup cooked bamboo shoot

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sugar

small amount of sesame oil; pepper

1.5 cup Tang flour

1 tsp lard

1 cup boiling water

Method :

Rub the shrimps with salt, rinse and drain cut into half. Add chopped lard, bamboo shoot, salt, sugar, sesame oil, pepper and cornstarch, mix well to form the filling. Put Tang flour in a bowl, pour in boiling water, add lard and knead into a dough. Spread it and roll to a long rod cut into 30 pieces, and press each of them to a round skin. Top the filling on each skin, pinch the edges and form a dumpling, prepare all dumpling and steam over high heat for 5 minutes. Serve.
