Singapore Style Fried Rice Noodles Recipes

Ingredients :

300g thin rice noodles

75g shelled shrimps

112.5g barbecued pork

3 sticks of celery

37.5g black mushrooms

150g bean sprout

75g hotbed chive

Seasoning :

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

2 tbsp curry powder

1 cup water

Method :

1) Soak the thin rice noodles in water till soft, cut all the ingredients into shred and stir-fry with 3 tbsp of oil. Remove and leave for later use.

2) Stir-fry the curry powder with 3 tbsp of heated oil until fragrant, add 1 cup of water and seasonings, follow by the thin rice noodles. Stir-fry over low heat slowly, and add the "method 1", mix well. Cooked ingredients serve.
