Method :
Cook the
spinach noodles in boiling water until done, remove and soak in cold
water. Rub the shrimps with salt, rinse in water, drain and marinate for
20 minutes. Stir briskly with 1 cup of warm oil. Remove and drain. Cut the
pork into slices, cut the hotbed chives and spring onion into 1 inch long.
Heat the wok till hot, add 3 tsp of salad oil, spring onion and pork, and
stir-fry, add the seasoning, hotbed chives, shrimps and spinach noodles.
Stir-fry and mix thoroughly. Serve.
