Steamed Spareribs with Fermented Beans and Chilies Recipes
Ingredients :
450g pork spareribs
1/2 tbsp chopped red chili
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped shallot
1 tbsp dry fermented beans
1 tbsp cornstarch
spring onion cut into 1 inch strips
Seasoning:
1/3 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp yeast
1/3 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp cooking wine
Method :
Wash the
spareribs and drain. Put on a plate. Mix with seasoning. Chopped chili,
garlic, beans, cornstarch, chopped shallot and spring onion, stir well and
marinate for 20 minutes. Steam them over high heat for 30 minutes. Serve.
