Yellow Salty Dumplings (Chien Tsung Tzu) Recipes

Ingredients :

21 ounces glutinous rice

0.4 ounces sodium bicarbonate

some bamboo leaves

some straw

1 saucepan water

Method :

1. Wash rice. Blend with sodium bicarbonate. Let stand for 1-2 hours.

2. Use only one leaf to make Yellow Salty Dumplings (chien-tsung tzu). Do not put too much rice in tsung-tzu dumplings.

3. Put tsung-tzu in a saucepan full of water. Bring to a boil. Let boil for 4 hours. Turn off the fire. Let cover for 1 hour. Serve.
