Fresh Oysters Recipes

tomato juice
vodka
Worcestershire sauce
lemon juice
celery stick, julienned
snipped fresh chives, to garnish
Tabasco sauce, to taste

Method :
- Clean and dry the oyster shells.
- Combine the tomato juice, vodka,
Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and a few drops of Tabasco sauce
in a small bowl.
- Place a little celery in the base
of each shell, then top with an oyster.
- Drizzle each oyster with the
tomato mixture and garnish with the chives.
