oysters, freshly shucked
fresh white bread, crusts removed
cloves garlic, crushed
pine nuts, toasted
extra virgin olive oil
chopped fresh basil
lemon wedges, to serve |
Method :
- Clean and dry the oyster shells.
- Process the bread, garlic, pine
nuts, oil and basil in a food processor.
- Put the oysters on a lined grill
tray and top each with 1 tbsp of the bread mixture.
- Grill for 1-2 minutes, and serve
with lemon wedges.
