Java Eggnog Recipes

Ingredients :

1 cup

1/2 cup

egg

instant coffee powder

vanilla

sugar

milk

whipping cream, whipped

dash salt

1. Beat egg till thick; add coffee powder, vanilla and salt.

2. Gradually beat in sugar.

3. Stir in milk, then stir in whipped cream.

4. Pour into cups; sprinkle with a dash of ground nutmeg, if desired.

Makes 2-3 cups
