Mustard and Redcurrant Glaze Recipes

Ingredients :

Dijon mustard

redcurrant jelly

garlic cloves, crushed


soy sauce

Method :
  1. Combine the Dijon mustard, redcurrant jelly, crushed garlic, oil and soy sauce in a small saucepan.
  2. Gently warm, stirring, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the jelly has completely melted and the ingredients are combined.
  3. Take care that the glaze doesn't catch on the base of the saucepan, as it will burn.
