Method :
- Combine the Dijon mustard, redcurrant jelly, crushed garlic, oil and soy sauce in a small saucepan.
- Gently warm, stirring, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the jelly has completely melted and the ingredients are combined.
- Take care that the glaze doesn't catch on the base of the saucepan, as it will burn.
