Ingredients :

1 tbsp
20g
1/2 tsp
pumpkin
oil
butter, melted
paprika
ground cumin
Method :
Cut the pumpkin into 8 pieces and toss with the oil, butter, paprika and cumin. Roast in an ovenproof ceramic dish for 40 minutes, or until browned and tender, turning once.
Serves 4-6
