butter
onion, finely chopped
celery stick, sliced
large, fresh sage leaves, shredded
fresh white breadcrumbs
dried sage
finely chopped fresh parsley
egg whites, lightly beaten
Method :
Melt the butter, add the onion and celery and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, or until the onion is soft.
Place in a bowl and add the other ingredients.
Season with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp white pepper, and mix well.
