Smoked Salmon Sticks with Wasabi Cream Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

200g smoked salmon

24 bread sticks

1 small tub sour cream

3 tsp wasabi paste (or to taste)

Method :

Slice smoked salmon into strips. Wrap a slice around one end of a bread stick. Mix wasabi paste with sour cream and serve separately as a dip.
