Method :
- Preheat the oven to slow 150°C
(300°F/ Gas 2).
- Heat the oil over low heat in a
heavy based frying pan and add the spices.
- Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, or
until fragrant.
- Remove from the heat and stir in
the nuts with a wooden spoon until they are coated.
- Spread the nuts on an oven tray
and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden.
- Sprinkle with salt and leave to
cool in the tray for 10 minutes.
