Spicy Nuts Recipes

Ingredients :

ground cumin

ground coriander

garlic powder

chili powder

ground ginger

ground cinnamon

pecans

raw cashews

raw almonds

Method :
  1. Preheat the oven to slow 150°C (300°F/ Gas 2).
  2. Heat the oil over low heat in a heavy based frying pan and add the spices.
  3. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, or until fragrant.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the nuts with a wooden spoon until they are coated.
  5. Spread the nuts on an oven tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and leave to cool in the tray for 10 minutes.
