or silver beet thoroughly, and cook without any additional water in the
saucepan or microwave about 2 minutes. Drain well and chop coarsely.
Heat large pan, add 1 tbsp water and sauté onion until transparent.
Toss all ingredients lightly together in pan until heated through. Almonds or
pine nuts are as good in this dish as the brazil nuts.
To store -
cover and refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat before serving or
