and rinse potatoes. Cut into even sized pieces. Place in small quantity
of boiling water and cook until soft (about 20 minutes) or microwave on
'high' covered until soft. Drain and mash potatoes. Beat egg and put
aside 1 tsp for glazing. Beat potatoes, margarine and egg together until
fluffy. Season with pepper (and salt, if desired). Pipe onto on oven
tray to form cone shapes. Glaze with remaining egg. Sprinkle with
nutmeg. Brown in oven for 10 minutes.
