Green Pea, Spinach and Chicken Soup Recipes

Ingredients :

2 cups frozen peas

3 cups Chicken Stock

250g frozen spinach

1 cup chopped, cooked chicken

2 tsp curry powder

Method :

Cook peas in stock until tender (approximately 15 minutes). Combine in food processor until partly broken down and return to saucepan. Add spinach and simmer until the spinach is thoroughly heated (approximately 10 minutes). Add chicken and curry powder, bring to the boil and serve.

Serves 4
