1/4 cup coarsely chopped green capsicum
1/4 cup coarsely chopped red capsicum
1 medium carrot, cut into rings
1 quantity Black Bean Sauce
over the base of a frying pan or wok and heat over high heat. Slice
steak into very thin strips 3-4 cm (2-3 in) long and 1/2 cm (1/3 in)
wide. Sauté quickly for about 3 minutes. Add vegetables and stir fry for
a further about 3 minutes. Add vegetables and stir fry for a further 2
minutes. Add black bean sauce, cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Serve with boiled brown rice.
None of the
ingredients in this recipe should be cooked for more than a few minutes.
At the table, the vegetables should still be crisp and have their true
