Ingredients :

1/4 cup Italian Dressing or commercial no-oil dressing

Method :

Use your imagination in creating tossed salads. For instance, consider blanched green beans, zucchini, broccoli florets, and cauliflower. You can combine alfalfa sprouts, mushrooms, snow peas, sugar peas, carrot and celery with the more traditional ingredients such as various kinds of lettuce, capsicum (bell pepper), cucumber and tomatoes. Avocado adds a certain richness.
