Dry Chicken Curry Cooking Recipes

medium sized chicken, cut into bite sized pieces

large onions, diced

dried chilies, grind fine

piece ginger, grind

piece stick cinnamon



tomatoes, quartered

salt to taste

water to cook chicken

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden.
  2. Add ground chilies, sugar, cinnamon and cloves and fry a minute or two.
  3. Put in chicken and stir well.
  4. Add tomatoes and enough water to cook.
  5. Simmer till chicken is tender and gravy is thick and dry.
  6. Season to taste and serve hot.
