Method :
- Parboil potatoes and drain.
- Cut pork into small pieces.
- Heat a deep saucepan with oil and
fry the onions until brown.
- Add in the pork, sliced fish and
potatoes.
- Mix well.
- Pour in hot water, cover saucepan
and leave to cook gently for 30 minutes.
- Heat milk in a separate pan and
add in the flour.
- Mix to form to thick sauce.
- Pour this sauce into the boiling
mixture.
- Add salt and pepper and when gravy
thickens dish out.
Serves 6 - 8
Note :
Turmeric eaten raw is believed to be able
to get rid of body odor.
