Ingredients :

fish fillets

piece ginger, pounded fine

cloves garlic

powdered turmeric

chili powder

salt to taste

black pepper to taste

a little vinegar or lime juice

oil for frying

Method :
  1. Marinate the fish pieces in a little vinegar or lime juice mixed with all the rest of the ground spices and seasoning.
  2. Leave aside for an hour or more.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, and fry the fish fillets, a few at a time.
  4. Serve hot.
