Ingredients :

beef liver, cut into small pieces

coconut milk, from 1 grated coconut

shallots, sliced

salt to taste

Ground fine




stalk lemon grass

dried chilies

clove garlic

square piece of burnt coconut

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a pan and when hot fry sliced onions till golden.
  2. Add ground ingredients and fry till fragrant.
  3. Add liver and stir well.
  4. Fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add coconut milk and salt to taste.
  6. Simmer till liver is tender.
  7. The amount of gravy depends on individual taste.
