Pork Ribs and Tomato Curry Recipes

Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and fry ground ingredients and sliced onions
for 5 minutes.
- Add ribs, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, salt to taste, cinnamon, cardamoms and water, and
simmer over low heat till ribs are tender.
Serves 6 - 8
