Prawn Pepper Fry Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

500 g

2 tbsp

prawns

black peppercorns, ground together

cloves garlic, ground together

bean curd, fried and cubed

capsicum, sliced

thick soy sauce

oil

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Marinate prawns with ground ingredients and soy sauce.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add prawns and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 2 tbsp water and simmer over low heat.
  4. Add capsicum and bean curd and stir fry to mix well for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with rice.
