Fish In Hot Sour Gravy Recipes

Wolf Herring (ikan parang), the head part

dried chilies

shallots

cloves garlic

piece ginger

lemon grass, crushed

ladies; fingers

asam gelugur

water

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Bring water to boil together with the ground ingredients, asam gelugur, lemon grass and salt.
  2. Add in the fish and ladies' fingers.
  3. Continue boiling over a moderate flame until the ladies' gingers are cooked.
  4. Serve hot with rice.

Serves 6 - 8
