Marinated Fish Fillets Recipes

Ingredients :

1 cup cider vinegar

whole meal flour

2 tbsp cooking oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup orange juice

chives, finely chopped

Method :
  1. Cut fish into small chunks and place in a flat dish.
  2. Cover with the vinegar and marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Lift the pieces from the vinegar with a slotted spoon and dredge the fish with whole meal flour.
  4. Sauté briefly in a hot pan and place in the dish in which the fish will be served.
  5. Pour over the fruit juices and chopped chives.
  6. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
  7. Those who can not bring themselves to eat uncooked marinated fish will certainly enjoy this dish.
  8. The brief sautéing in oil crisps the whole meal and will serve to convince the unbeliever that the fish has indeed been cooked.
