Method :
Thyme the
chops. Crumble the thyme and put it in the oil to draw out the flavor.
Season the chops lightly and rub them over with the garlic. Then paint
them with the thyme and oil and leave on one side for 10 minutes. Heat a
grill pan to very hot and cook the chops for about 8 minutes on each
side. Serve at once with a little butter on each chop.
