Parsley Butter Recipe



Parsley Butter (beurre maître ďhôtel) Recipes

Ingredients :

1.5oz butter

2 tbsp chopped parsley

a few drops of lemon juice

Method :

Cream the butter and beat in the chopped parsley and the lemon juice. Shape into a roll and chill in the refrigerator. Cut into thin slices and serve as a garnish to grilled meats or fish.
