Sauce Choron Recipes

Ingredients :

sauce bearnaise

2 tbsp tomato puree

Make a bearnaise sauce, omitting the chopped parsley. While the sauce is standing in the bain-marie, slowly stir in the tomato puree. Check the seasoning before serving.

Serve with tournedos or grilled poultry or veal.

Serves 4-6
