Boiled pork and chicken until soft.

Remove and shred.

boiling stock.

to thicken the gravy.

Scald the noodles with boiling water.

Put the noodles in individual serving
bowls.

Put in the meat, prawns and sliced
lettuce.

Pour the gravy.

Garnish with fried shallots and
shredded omelets.

To make omelets.

Beat the egg with a fork.

Glaze a pan with 1 tablespoon oil.

Swirl the omelets and lift out as
soon as it is cooked.

Shred.

Serve with sambal belacan.
