Ingredients :

corn flour


shallots, sliced and fried

head lettuce, sliced



Method :
  1. Boiled pork and chicken until soft.

  2. Remove and shred.

  3. Return the chicken bones to the boiling stock.

  4. Add the prawns and when they are cooked, remove and slice.

  5. Season the stock well with salt.

  6. Add the corn flour blended with water to thicken the gravy.

  7. Scald the noodles with boiling water.

  8. Put the noodles in individual serving bowls.

  9. Put in the meat, prawns and sliced lettuce.

  10. Pour the gravy.

  11. Garnish with fried shallots and shredded omelets.

  12. To make omelets.

  13. Beat the egg with a fork.

  14. Glaze a pan with 1 tablespoon oil.

  15. Swirl the omelets and lift out as soon as it is cooked.

  16. Shred.

  17. Serve with sambal belacan.
