Method :
- Roast the peanuts and mix with the
anchovies.
- The anchovies should have been
cleaned earlier by removing the heads and the intestines.
- Pound chilies and slice the bombay
onion coarsely.
- Heat oil in frying pan and stir
fry until fragrant.
- Add in lime juice and salt and
sugar.
- Stir well.
- When the gravy has thickened, put
in the roasted peanuts and anchovies.
- Stir well and remove from the
fire.
