cauliflower, cut in pieces

potato, cut into cubes
large onion
cloves garlic
thumb-sized ginger - chopped fine
tomato, diced
green chili
red chili
turmeric powder
salt to taste |
Method :
Heat oil in a wok. Fry the potato cubes for 5
minutes. Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger
and fry for another 5 minutes until soft. Place diced tomatoes and
cauliflower, green and red chili. Mix well. Add salt and turmeric powder and
cook for about 5 minutes or until the cauliflower softens.
