Chicken Pasandh Recipes

chicken breasts, cut into 2 or 3 pieces
each
ground coriander
ground cashew nuts
onion
cloves garlic
lime juice
yoghurt
piece ginger, crushed
sticks cinnamon
cloves
cardamoms
nutmeg
aniseed
chili powder
oil
salt to taste |
Method :

Heat oil in a wok and fry onions,
ginger, garlic, coriander and cashew nuts till fragrant.

Add all the remaining ground spices
and chili powder and lime juice and stir well for a few minutes.

Add chicken, mix well.

Add yoghurt and salt. Mix well.

Pour out chicken curry into a
baking dish, and bake in a moderate oven for 1 - 11/2
hours or until chicken is tender.
Serves 6 - 8
