Method :
- Grind together the onions, garlic,
ginger and mint leaves.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the
pureed mixture, stirring all the time.
- Add the turmeric, garam masala,
salt and chili powder, and cook for a few minutes.
- Add yoghurt and tomatoes and cook
until gravy thickens.
- Add chicken and stir well till
pieces are well coated with the gravy.
- Add a little water if gravy is too
thick.
- Cover pan and simmer until chicken
is tender.
