cooked meat
potatoes, boil and dice
cloves garlic, chopped
piece ginger sliced fine
chili powder
onions, chopped
garam masala
ghee
turmeric powder
salt to taste
Heat the ghee and fry onions till golden.
Add garlic, fry for 2 minutes.
Add cooked meat and potatoes with remaining spices and salt to taste.
Stir well and fry over medium heat till dry.
