Ingredients :

1 teaspoon

5 tablespoons

1/2 teaspoon

cooked meat

potatoes, boil and dice

cloves garlic, chopped

piece ginger sliced fine

chili powder

onions, chopped

garam masala


turmeric powder

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Heat the ghee and fry onions till golden.

  2. Add garlic, fry for 2 minutes.

  3. Add cooked meat and potatoes with remaining spices and salt to taste.

  4. Stir well and fry over medium heat till dry.

Serves 6 - 8
