Ingredients :

rice

almonds, chopped

raisins

pistachios

condensed milk

evaporated milk

crushed cardamoms

sugar to taste

Method :

Boil rice in the mixture of condensed and evaporated milk on a vary low heat for 30 minutes. Stir all the time, until soft. When half cooked, add all the ingredients and cook further for 30 minutes until the mixture thickens. However, it should neither be too thick nor thin. Can be eaten hot or refrigerated.
