liver

onions, sliced

cloves garlic

piece ginger, sliced fine

piece stick cinnamon

turmeric powder

fenugreek

sprig curry leaves

dried chilies

coriander seeds

cumin

coconut milk, from 1 grated coconut

oil

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Wash and cut liver into thick slices.

  2. Put into a pan with coconut milk and all the ingredients except ghee.

  3. Boil till liquid is almost absorbed.

  4. Remove liver and fry in hot ghee till brown.

  5. Add gravy and cook a little longer.

  6. Serve hot.
