Heat ghee and fry onions, garlic
and ginger until limp and golden.
Add turmeric, coriander, cumin and
stir for 1 minute.
Add salt and lemon juice.
Add meat and stir constantly until
the meat is browned.
Add potatoes and hot water and
bring to simmering point.
Lower heat and cook until potatoes
are done and meat is tender.
Stir occasionally so that the curry
does not stick to the base of the pan.
Sprinkle garam masala and stir
gently.
Serve garnished with chopped
coriander leaves.

away from you means that you do not like the food. If you want to
compliment the hostess, fold the leaf towards you.
