Method :
- Mix together half of the ginger
garlic pastes, salt and lemon juice.
- Marinate the shrimps in the mixture and
keep aside for 1/2 hour.
- Heat oil in wok, add the whole spices
and sauté til they crackle.
- Add the slices onion, sauté till
transparent, add tomatoes, green chilies and half of the coriander
powder, stir fry for 5-10 minutes.
- To this, add salt and taste, red chili
powder, remaining coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric
powder, stir fry for another 5-10 minutes, add the marinated shrimp and
stir fry till cooked.
- Add julienned ginger and chopped
coriander, stir.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with green
coriander and accompanied by any Indian bread.
