Mix together half of the ginger
garlic pastes, salt and lemon juice.
Marinate the shrimps in the mixture and
keep aside for 1/2 hour.
Heat oil in wok, add the whole spices
and sauté til they crackle.
Add the slices onion, sauté till
transparent, add tomatoes, green chilies and half of the coriander
powder, stir fry for 5-10 minutes.
To this, add salt and taste, red chili
powder, remaining coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric
powder, stir fry for another 5-10 minutes, add the marinated shrimp and
stir fry till cooked.
Add julienned ginger and chopped
coriander, stir.
Remove from heat.
Serve hot, garnished with green
coriander and accompanied by any Indian bread.
