Method :
- Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the
onions till golden.
- Add garlic, ginger and chilies and
fry for a few minutes.
- Stir in the coriander, chili
powder, fennel and turmeric and fry, stirring constantly, till oil
separates.
- Add brinjals and ladies' fingers,
salt and coconut milk.
- Bring to boil and reduce heat.
- Add prawns and simmer till gravy
thickens (about 15 minutes).
