Ingredients :
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 French shallots, sliced
300g green beans, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup bean sprouts, trimmed
1/3 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
Method :
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Add sesame oil, garlic, shallots and beans. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce and water and cook for 3-4 minutes or until beans are just cooked. Stir through bean sprouts and peanuts. Serve warm or cold.
