Ingredients :
1 tbsp vegetable oil
24 green prawns, heads and shells removed
Paste -
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 medium chilies, deseeded and chopped
3 tsp root ginger, chopped
1 stalk lemongrass, chopped
1 tsp ground coriander
pinch of salt
2 tsp vegetable oil
Method :
Crush or pound paste ingredients in a mortar with pestle or a food processor. Heat remaining oil in wok or frying pan. Add prawns and paste, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Serve prawns with fried rice or white rice.
