or pound paste ingredients in a mortar with pestle or in a small food
processor. If using a food processor you may need to add a little oil.
Heat oil in a wok or saucepan. Add paste and galangal powder and cook for
1 minute. Add chicken stock, tamarind and sugar. Bring to the boil, add
vegetables and cook for 6-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Can be
serve as a main or side dish.
