Preheat oven to 180C Gas Mark 4. Grease a casserole or an ovenproof
dish with a lid. Put the minced beef, onions, salt,
pepper and paprika in a bowl, add the beaten egg and mix well. Form the meat mixture into balls
and arrange them in the dish. Sprinkle with pepper and garlic
salt. Pour the soup over the top. Cover the dish and cook for about
90 minutes. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes
and green vegetable.
