Tuscan Salami With Fresh Figs Tuscany Recipe

Ingredients :

fresh green or black figs

Tuscan salami, thinly sliced

fresh fig leaves (optional)

Method :

  • Wash the figs thoroughly under cold running water, then pat dry with paper towels.

  • Remove the rind from the salami.

  • If you have them, place the fig leaves on a large serving dish and arrange the salami and figs on top.
