Method :
Marinate
chicken with paprika, lemon grass, half of the diced onion, lemon juice
and seasoning for 1-2 hours. Cut the green and red capsicum into cubes.
Thread chicken cubes alternating with onion, red and green capsicum onto
skewers. Season to taste. Grill kebabs until cooked.
Cool Yogurt
Dip:
Mix all
ingredients in a bowl. Serve as accompanying dip for grilled kebabs.
