Shami Kebabs Recipes

Ingredients : |
500 g
1 cup

1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon

minced beef
split peas
onions, chopped
chili powder
turmeric powder
eggs
a few mint leaves
a small bunch coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil for frying |
Method :

Soak split peas in water for
several hours, then boil with mince till soft.

Drain thoroughly.

Put through a mince with chopped
onion, mint, coriander leaves, salt, chili powder and turmeric.

Mix with beaten egg and make into
round cutlets.

Deep fry in hot oil and serve with
chutney.
