Cheese and Chikuwa Fish Roll Skewer Recipes

Ingredients :

4 pieces Chikuwa fish roll

4 cheese sticks

1/2 green cucumber

Method :

Clean the fish rolls and boil, set aside. Drain off water. Scoop out the seeds of the cucumber and cut cucumber into 4 long pieces. Remove the plastic wrap on cheese sticks, if any. Set aside. Put a cheese stick and one cucumber slice into each Chikuwa fish roll. Cut off any protruding parts. Cut the whole fish roll into 4 or 5 pieces. Put them on a bamboo skewer. Serve immediately.

Serves 2 - 4
