Method :
Peel the
sweet potatoes, soak in water. Cut into cubes and soak in water for
another 30 minutes. Drain sweet potatoes. Cook for 3-5 minutes in
microwave oven until all are soften. Mash it while still hot. Add egg
yolk and sweetened condensed milk, stir over low heat until it turns to
a smooth paste. Add cinnamon powder, stir well. Set aside. Roll out
portions of the paste by hand. Place them on the baking tray covered
with baking paper. Mix egg sauce. Spread evenly on the small sweet
potatoes. When dried, spread a second layer and sprinkle over black
sesame seeds. Pre-heat oven to 180C and bake for 3 minutes. Serve
immediately.
