Little Omelette Fish with Rice Recipes

Ingredients :

3-4 bowls rice

3 eggs

2 large pieces ham

75g mixed vegetables

salt and pepper

tomato ketchup

Method :

Rinse the mixed vegetables and scald in hot water. Cut the ham into small cubes. Whisk the egg with a little of salt. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry the rice. Add the mixed vegetables and ham cubes, sprinkle on ketchup, salt and pepper. Dish up and set aside. Clean wok, add oil and fry eggs. When half done, add fried rice on the egg sheet. Fold the egg to form an omelette, dish up. On the omelette, use ketchup to make the eyes and scales of a fish. Serve immediately.
